Further Insight & Opinion
This tiny, hole-in-the-wall take-away is a vegetarian’s delight, best visited for lunch (it closes at 5 p.m.). The veg-only menu is quite extensive, ranging from spinach wraps to bean burritos to tasty curries. Lighter fare is available, too – and don’t forget to wash everything down with a carrot-and-ginger juice. Then there’s dessert to consider; best choic in SA Logue’s opinion is a square of chickpea fudge. Yum.

There are barstools and mini-tables for those who want to eat in and soak up the bright, funky decor. Between its food and its attitude, Zucchini’s definitely makes the “Best of Cape Town” list.
