Cape Town Power Outage: Friday’s Scheduled Blackouts

Here is the city’s proposed blackout schedule for Friday 24 February. Note that it’s issued with the following caveat – “The proposed load shedding times are guidelines; due to network variables there may be changes.” No kidding. Note, too, that according to the schedule, several areas (such as Steenberg) will be down almost all day.
