Review
Skip the grease and head into Kauai for fast food that won’t leave you with the resolution to spend a few extra hours in the gym.

The smoothies and power smoothies (R13.50-R18.50) are generously-sized – a great alternative to artificial sugar-laden soft drinks. You can also add supplements like Vitamin C for an extra-healthy kick.

Sandwichs and wraps are standard fare. Be on the lookout for large ‘V’ for vegan options and a green leaf for vegetarian options. A sunshine sticker represents seasonal avocado.

The pesto-rella (R21.20) is tasty, but I prefer the Thai veggie wrap, which comes with more vegetables and has a more ‘layered’ taste (R23.10).

A limited selection of products are also available at “Kauai in Motion” stores, located in a number of Virgin Active gyms.
